bluebird bio laboratory renovation
bluebird bio, a biotech company in Kendall Square, had a need to expand it’s laboratories within their existing space. In order to replace desks lost by expanding into the office space, LAB designed a series of touchdown desks. Colorful accents on the wall extend from simple tables that seem to fold out from the wall.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI)
Renovations for the Bioengineering Institute in the Life Sciences & Bioengineering Center at WPI’s Gateway Campus. Project includes wet and dry laboratories for biological research, Bio MEMS and advanced microscopy.
Idenix First Floor Renovation
An expansion of Idenix’s fourth floor laboratory and offices, this first floor expansion consists of offices, meeting rooms, a small kitchen and shower rooms. The new space is designed to integrate with the upper floor headquarters. The same glass wall system and woodwork link the two projects.
